We offer a fully outsourced video & CCTV pixelation service. Importantly its done by experienced real people at our secure site here in the UK. Our solution is not fully software reliant like some of the alternatives you will have seen. In short we can pixelate your video for you. You upload the file to our secure portal. We pixelate the areas that you need, for example faces, license plates, personally identifiable markings, body tattoos and house numbers. You then download the fully pixelated video.

We can do one off's or set up an ongoing service. Our customer base ranges from private individuals to law enforcement, military and blue chip clients. References can be supplied on request.

To satisfy a Subject Access Request Merseyside Fire & Rescue needed a complex video containing 20-30 firefighters redacted of all faces except the Data Subject. We also had to remove vehicle license plates from the CCTV and bodycam footage. CCS provided a signed NDA, data sharing and processing agreement then surveyed the data. Provided a fixed price and delivery date proposal (which was considerably cheaper and faster than the alternatives). The end product was of a high quality.

Software solutions struggle with the context and understanding of text within the document. Assigning ownership of content to a subject (vital with a Subject Access Request) still needs human input to examine the context and make an informed judgement based on experience and understanding.
