We’re closely monitoring the evolving situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have activated our pandemic plan. All our services remain fully functional.

The health and safety of our employees, suppliers and customers is our top priority and we continue to take appropriate steps consistent with our preparedness plan and the UK Government & World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines so our people, customers, and communities can remain healthy.

Actions we’re taking…

To that end we are prioritising our work for our NHS and critical service customers. We continue to advise all employees to follow travel advisories and guidance provided by the UK Government and WHO. We’re also taking additional steps including asking employees to delay all non-essential travel and use digital and virtual collaboration tools in lieu of face-to-face meetings.

To help protect our employees we have a step by step ‘workplace social distancing policy’ clearly displayed in the offices aimed at ensuring a Covid-19 Secure environment. This is updated in line with current advice and reviewed on a daily basis. We’re also restricting visitor access to our offices, implementing strict hygiene precautions in our facilities, and providing transparent and continuous updates to employees and customers.

Over 95% of our customer contact is at their premises. We are actively working with our customers to risk assess each visit and make all the provisions necessary to ensure a Covid-19 Secure service. In each case these steps will be agreed in advance and confirmed with an email. Our client visiting personnel have been issued with the following PPE; face masks, gloves and hand sanitiser. They also receive daily briefings on the most up to date social distancing measures recommended by the UK Government and WHO. We are not currently allowing any customer visits to our offices but are happy to arrange remote, online alternatives.
